Thats a good name.

Okay so this postcard seems a little crowded. It is Monument Circle absolutely freaking full of people. This card was sent to Ivan located near Bratislava, Slovakia. I thought Ivan was a pretty awesome name, so I sent him my favorite postcard. There is just something really fantastic about all those people downtown and not for the Christmas tree lighting.

Santa

So I sent Santa to Russia! Or at least I sent a postcard with Santa on it to Russia. This big giant (didn't scan very well) Santa was erected in Union Station for Christmas time. This person had no profile so I'm not sure if I sent it to a boy or girl or talking monkey.

Update - 8/30/2008 This postcard expired as never received, why do my encrypted post cards to Russia always go missing?

Netherlands, again

Number two sent to the Netherlands. It seems to be a popular location for penpaling. And true to the previous three this one was sent to a lady. A woman from Eindhoven or around there I should say asked specifically for scenery postcards. Plucked carefully from my postcards of Indiana booklet she received this beauty. Thats Lake Michigan ladies n' gentlemen. Fourth sent, stamps, stamps, stamps.

"Many words"

She lives in Madison, WI and said she "don't have many words" about herself. Not requesting anything specific I sent her this postcard of a church downtown. I think I went to a wedding there once. Three sent!

She loves rock concerts!

This post card ran away to the second largest city in Finland - Espoo. Which is a fantastic name for a city - side note. A musician herself this particular recipient confessed a love for rock concerts. So I sent her the Vogue. Pretty self explanatory.

The First Postcard Sent

So Post Crossing requires that you send out postcards and they be registered as received before your name gets put on the list to receive. Just a simple send one get one system. Well here is my first postcard. For the receivers' and senders' security I won't include names or address.
This is a post card of the farmers market downtown. It was sent to a young woman who lives near Spijkenisse, Netherlands. She asked for pictures of downtown building so this was what I sent. One post card down.
